Choosing Life First - Our Story
Our journey began in 2004 when our CEO, Adam Coleman, returned home to Ireland. As an avid surfer, Adam found himself drawn to Lahinch, the surf capital of Ireland. Choosing to put lifestyle first, he set up his own HR Consultancy.

Adam Coleman, HRLocker’s CEO and Founder
In the 1990s, Adam became the Human Resources Manager for Esat Digifone. This company rapidly grew to be O2 UK where Adam was the Head of Human Resources.
Due to family reasons, Adam returned to Ireland in 2003 and later set up his own HR consultancy firm, HR Interventions. Fast forward to 2013, Adam agreed to do some HR analysis for a development company and HRLocker was born and then launched as a software product.
