We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that HRLocker has been shortlisted as a finalist in the CIPD People Management 2020 in the ‘Best People Management Initiative’ (<250 employees)

The CIPD People Management Awards are very sought after, and our inclusion on the finalist’s panel is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of our team and our growing company.

How did we get shortlisted?

A panel of judges, all high-profile successful figures within HR have examined our application based on business practices, quality of service and financial performance. They’ve decided that we fit the profile and have shortlisted us for Best People Management Initiative.

What does being shortlisted mean to us?

For us, it is a recognition that our business culture, service-orientated customer strategy and focus on developing our people are working and something to be applauded.

Being shortlisted is a great morale boost for us. We are working hard, constantly developing our company on a strong cultural framework that emphasizes our passion and expertise within our industry. Everyone in the team has contributed to the success of our entry and the success of our business.

Awards Ceremony

The announcement will take place on September 28/29th 2020. We hope to come away winners, but we have some stiff competition! Just getting shortlisted is an achievement in itself. Good Luck to our fellow competitors… We’ve got our fingers crossed.
