Aoife McNena is Head of HR at Intuity Technologies in Galway. Aoife has over 16 years’ experience as an HR Professional working across Manufacturing, Higher Education, Health and IT and Not for Profit sectors. She is a chartered fellow with the CIPD and an accredited Executive and Leadership Coach and has a BA Graduate of Law and Economics with NUIG and holds an H.Dip in Business and Masters in HRM and Corporate Strategy also from NUIG.
Aoife has a wealth of experience working with seniors leaders and managers across organisations to create optimal conditions for high performing teams and embedding a coaching mindset as key measures of success.
