How to check annual leave for a terminated employee

    1. Log on as admin
    2. Select Reports from the black ribbon.
    3. (Note My time off is automatically selected)
    4. Select Downloads from the left section.

     

     

    1. Select the tick box to include terminated employees.
    2. Select the terminated employees name.

     

    1. Select the Download button for the year selected.
    2. A spreadsheet will be generated with a report that details totals for the chosen employee for the chosen year.
