How to check for associations before terminating an employee

    1.       Log on as admin

    2.       Select Reports from the black ribbon.

    3.       Select Employees from the green ribbon.

    4.       Select Downloads from the left section.

    5.       Select the button for the Download Directory Export row.

    6.       Open the downloaded spreadsheet.

    7.       Enable editing for ease of use.

    8.       Search on “employee’s name you wish to delete”.

    9.       Check for and REMOVE any associations for the 4 following fields.

    “Reports to”

    “Timeoff Approver”

    “Timesheet Approver”

    “CPD Validator”.
