How to create a report on HR DOCs signatures

    1. Log on as admin.
    2. Select Reports from the black ribbon.
    3. Select HR Docs from the green ribbon.
    4. Select the document you wish to create the report for.

    (Grievance Essential Document for our example)

    1. Select the Download Signature List option to create the report of all employees who were assigned the chosen document.
    2. The downloaded spreadsheet lists all employees who have signed the document.
    3. The downloaded spreadsheet lists all employees who have NOT signed the document yet.
    4. The Spreadsheet for our example looks like this.
