To Surf or not to Surf – That is the Question

This may seem a rather weird way to introduce a company that develops HR Cloud Software but not for HRLocker who’s HQ is based in a village in the West of Ireland called Lahinch.. Hmmmm I heard of that place before oh yea I heard it on the SKY News Surf Report. “HRLocker does give its employees staff time off to surf” mentioned Adam Coleman CEO of HRLocker it’s difficult to predict the best time to surf with tides and swell you need to be flexible and any member of our work force if they want two hours to go surfing once they are in control of their work load off they go, yes during work.HRLocker based in Lahinch in Co Clare Ireland that is a really user friendly cloud hr system that allows companies to manage their employees time on, time off allows employees to self-serve their own details and data but also allows their managers to set up performance alerts & reminders, administer documents for digital signatories and provide reports on all employee related information. Simple said Adam! As a HR Professional I was annoyed at how difficult it was to use all the HR Software that was out there, the cost of it and in most cases you had to work the Software rather than the software working for you. We worked with an amazing development house called Assembly Point and their CEO John Dennehy and a great team to develop HRLocker and our product is now live in 30 different countries and growing. HRLocker is good for companies with 5-1000 employees and allows smaller Companies with the big guys from day one said Adam, “form as little as €£$1.10-1.50 per employee per month it is a bit of a no brainer as HRLocker automates your HR processes and keeps you compliant with the employment legal needs.

With 7-10 legitimate leave request types depending on what country you are in at HRLocker HQ we keep our culture true and give surf time! Working from Lahinch or “L A” as we like to call it has allowed us to recruit awesome talent who want to combine a career and a life style that is great. After working in cities and in some great start ups like Esat Digifone/O2 it was my ambition to create a Company with a great culture in a great place and we are well on our way to achieving this “said Coleman.

We are attracting great progressive Companies as clients with our sweet spot customers being creative companies that want to automate the mundane hr tasks and to spend their time developing great products/services and allowing their employees and HR/mangers get on with the really important things that will make them successful.

HRLocker already boasts some great well known clients across the globe like Ryanair, Tyco Electronics and Apex funds but HRLocker clients range from tech start-ups, oil & gas companies and non for profit Companies from 5 employees to 1000.
