Cait Lynch began her career in HR with Dairygold, where she completed an internship. After completing her degree in Employment Law and People Management she worked in many HR roles across sectors such as Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Public Transport, Engineering and the Health and Social Care sector. She is currently an HR advisor with the Irish SME Association (ISME) where she provides HR support and key content on issues related to HR in Ireland to SMEs.
