HRLocker recognised for how it looks after its own people
HRLocker has won Best HR Performance, ICT and Financial Services at the HR Leadership & Management Awards 2026. The award was presented on the evening of 15 October 2026 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry, Dublin.
For a company that builds HR software, this is a recognition that sits close to home. It celebrates not the products HRLocker builds for its customers, but how the company supports, develops and looks after its own team.
About the HR Leadership & Management Awards
Launched in 2015, the HR Leadership & Management Awards recognise and celebrate HR excellence across Ireland. Categories span leadership, development and management, and entries are assessed by an independent panel of industry judges.
Each year the awards bring together hundreds of senior HR leaders and executives. Winning places HRLocker among the organisations setting the standard for people practice in Ireland.
A year of big change
2026 has been a year of transformation for HRLocker. The company has brought several teams together under one HRLocker brand, welcoming new colleagues and building new ways of working along the way.
Change on that scale brings real challenges. Throughout it, HRLocker’s people have continued to show up for customers, and just as importantly, for each other. That commitment is what this award recognises.
Practising what we build
HRLocker exists to help organisations look after their people. Being recognised for doing the same internally shows that the values behind the product are lived inside the business too.
Crystel Robbins Rynne, who accepted the award on the night, said: “We build HR software for a living, so winning an award for how we look after our own people is fantastic. I might have been the one holding the award, but the team earned it, and I couldn’t be prouder of every single one of them.”
