HRLocker began in 2013 when a group of HR consultants decided there had to be a better way to manage people. Their goal was simple: take the pain out of everyday HR and give businesses the tools to build workplaces where employees can do their best work. Today we’re the trusted partner of more than 1,200 organisations and over 100,000 users across Ireland, the UK and beyond. Along the way we’ve grown organically and through acquisition bringing recruitment platform HireHive into the family in 2024 and performance management specialist WorkCompass in 2025 - but our mission to make HR easy and human has never changed.
