In 2013, a team of HR consultants got tired of spreadsheets, paper trails, and hoping they were compliant. So we built something better. HR software that actually protects you. Built by people who have sat where you sit.
From HR consultants to HR software
We did not start as a tech company. We started as HR people – in the weeds with employment law, onboarding paperwork, and the 3am worry about whether that dismissal was documented properly.
That is why HRLocker exists. We built the system we wished we had.
Today, more than 1,500 organisations and 100,000 users trust HRLocker across Ireland, the UK, and beyond. In 2025, we joined Invincible Software Holdings and brought recruitment platform HireHive, onboarding specialists WebOnboarding, and performance management experts WorkCompass into the family – giving us the tools to cover the full employee lifecycle.
We are still HR people. We just happen to write software now.
