Employers for Change is an employer disability information service which provides advice and information to employers to recruit, employ and retain employees with disabilities. The service was launched on March 11th 2021 and has supported hundreds of employers since creating disability-inclusive workplaces.

Prior to working with Employers for Change, Christabelle was Director of Organisation, National Equality Officer and International Officer for one of the country’s leading political parties. Christabelle is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion and has worked on numerous equality campaigns, initiatives and referenda including the Marriage Equality Referendum.
