Create variable work patterns – part-time & hourly staff

HRLocker has introduced a new time off feature that allows you to manage your people more effectively. The system will calculate annual leave for workers based on the percentage of hours that they work rather than a standard fixed holiday amount. Plan for variable work patterns, hourly workers and any non-standard shift that does not fit within the standard 9am-5pm.
